In our 2011 yearly price comparison, Gaylord is up to and beyond 20% less expensive than competitor catalogues! If you find any of our exact same products for less with our competitors simply request a price match and it can be approved on an order by order basis.

Can I order directly from Gaylord online?
Orders placed through Gaylord online will get re-directed back to Foothills Systems; however it may take a couple of days. For the most efficient service it is faster to email, fax, or call Foothills Systems Directly.

How do I pay for Gaylord orders from Foothills Systems?
Foothills Systems accepts cheques, all major credit cards, and you may submit product order numbers to be referenced on all paper work. We do not require credit applications for orders under $5,000. Payment can be made by phone or mail after you receive your invoice, which follows your order.

Do I pay Gaylord or Foothills Systems?
Payment should be made to Foothills Systems as we are your distributor of Gaylord products.

Where do Gaylord Products ship from?
Gaylord products ship directly from the manufacturers. This cuts down on costs in two ways: Firstly, it means the product only ships once rather than coming to a central location and then shipping again. Secondly, it means there are no costs to store the items at a centralized location.

What about U.S. Exchange, Duties, and Tariffs?
To reflect the strength of the Canadian Dollar, as of February 2011, the exchange rate on Gaylord products is 0%. The exchange rate may change when the Canadian Dollar has trended for 3 consecutive months at a 5% higher or lower exchange rate.  Foothills Systems pays any and all tariffs and duties on your behalf.

How long do Gaylord products take to ship?
Lead times are generally 4-6 weeks; however products that are in stock usually arrive sooner.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Some returns may be subject to re-stocking fees or freight costs. Custom ordered items may not be returned unless damaged or there is an error on the item which Gaylord is at fault for.
